Customer Service Officer

- **Onboarding**: Develop an onboarding program to help new hires get acclimated to their role, company culture, and procedures.
- **Training and Development**: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help customer service representatives improve their skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Regularly evaluate the performance of your customer service team to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers.
- **Retention Strategies**: Implement strategies to retain your customer service team, such as offering career advancement opportunities, providing a positive work environment, and recognizing their contributions.
At present, the role involves remote work. However, following the establishment of the Chennai branch, the expectation is to transition to office-based work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
