**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Officer

**Location**: Chinniyampalayam, Coimbatore

**Employment Type**: Full Time/ Onsite

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to make daily calls, maintain post-sales relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make daily customer calls to address inquiries and gather feedback.
- Maintain and strengthen post-sales customer relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints.
- Document customer interactions and prepare satisfaction reports.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and service teams for seamless interactions.
- Handle the installation team, assign tasks, and oversee their work.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Work Location: In person
