We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer who can build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through effective communication and service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Update and maintain customer records and databases
  • Follow up with customers for feedback and service satisfaction
  • Support the sales team with customer coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in TAMIL/ENGLISH (Hindi is an added advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
  • Minimum qualification: Any degree / Diploma
  • Experience in customer service preferred (freshers can apply)
  • Female candidates prefferd
