About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Officer (GRO) to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our real estate project sites. This role demands excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate smoothly with the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet clients & visitors at the project site.
  • Understand customer requirements and collect their basic details in the TAB / CRM.
  • Create, register & update client enquiries/leads in the system without delay.
  • Coordinate and assign leads to the Sales Team for further discussions.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area at the project site.
  • Support in organising customer visits, walk-ins and project tours if needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by providing prompt responses and assistance.
  • Maintain MIS / visitor log on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree / diploma.
  • Freshers or candidates with experience in customer handling, front office, hospitality, real estate, or retail can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi added advantage).
  • Pleasing personality & customer-centric attitude.
  • Basic computer / tablet usage skills.

Work Location & Timings

  • Project-based role (not corporate office) – GRO will sit at the project site daily.
  • Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Flexible during peak visits)
