About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, well-spoken, and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage guest interactions at our project site. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customers professionally, and create a positive experience for all walk-ins and site visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all walk-in customers and visitors at the site.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them to the respective teams.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere at the site office.
  • Manage guest entries, visitor logs, and ensure smooth coordination during site visits.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the project when required.
  • Support the sales/pre-sales team during customer visits and events.
  • Handle customer queries with calmness, clarity, and confidence.
  • Ensure the reception and guest areas are always neat, organized, and presentable.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in guest handling / customer service (real estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory).
  • Well-presentable, confident, and professional in appearance.
  • Ability to handle guests politely and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry and visitor management.
  • Willing to work at project site locations (within Coimbatore).
