Marketing Executive / Fresher

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly energetic and creative Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team at our 4-star property. The candidate will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promoting the hotel's facilities and services, and supporting digital and offline brand initiatives to attract guests and build customer loyalty.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality or marketing graduate to start their career in a professional and fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Branding

• Assist in executing the hotel's marketing strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Help create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, and digital creatives.
• Maintain consistent brand image across all communication channels.
• Support the design and content team with photography, video shoots, and creatives for campaigns.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Assist in managing the hotel's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, stories, and reels showcasing hotel services, F&B offers, rooms, and events.
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.
• Support SEO, Google Ads, and online campaigns under supervision of the Marketing Manager.

3. Sales Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team to promote banquet, restaurant, and room packages.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and assist in lead generation and follow-ups.
• Support in preparing corporate presentations and promotional mailers.
• Attend exhibitions, events, and sales calls (as required) to promote the property.

4. Guest Engagement & Public Relations

• Assist in organizing in-house promotions, festivals, and guest engagement events.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers.
• Collect guest feedback and support the management in enhancing brand reputation.
• Help coordinate with PR agencies for press releases and media coverage.

5. Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct competitor analysis, rate comparisons, and local market trend studies.
• Track campaign results, prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Monitor online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, OTAs) and assist in response management.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and propose creative ideas to attract business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Hospitality / Mass Communication / Business Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think visually.
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality marketing.
