Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Executive
, based in Coimbatore. The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring client satisfaction, handling queries and feedback, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales and account teams, preparing reports on client activities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver client requirements, and contributing to overall client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management, Account Handling, and Customer Engagement
  • Experience in handling client queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, reporting systems, and client communication protocols
  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior professional experience in client servicing, account management, or sales support is a plus
