Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information about services, pricing, timelines, and policies.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, or special requests professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Work closely with sales, dispatch, billing, and operations to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Monitor and track shipments; proactively inform customers about delays or changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reporting common issues and suggesting process enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, relocation, or service-based industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully.
- Flexible with shifts and availability, especially during peak moving seasons.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
