- **Problem Resolution**: Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to their move. This includes resolving scheduling conflicts, damages, or delays, and ensuring customer satisfaction with proposed solutions.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, job details, and feedback within the company's CRM system. Track the status of ongoing moves and provide regular updates to customers.
- **Upselling & Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to offer additional services, such as storage options, specialty packing, or moving insurance, in line with customer needs.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure all aspects of the move are handled efficiently and according to customer specifications.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct post-move follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on service quality. Handle any remaining concerns or post-move adjustments.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the moving, logistics, or relocation industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of moving and relocation processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data entry skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately manage logistics, schedules, and customer records.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Customer-Centric**: A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
