
Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Female Customer Service Executive to join our team at TVP Properties. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with information, assistance, and support throughout their real estate journey.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding our properties, services, and processes.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and appointments with our agents.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our properties and services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and handling social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From ₹6,000.00 per month
