**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices and usage.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies to recommend system enhancements.

**Qualifications**:
Any Degree

**Languages must know**:Tamil & English, any other is advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
