**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fintech Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent service, effective communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

**Requirement**:
Â- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Â- Experience in a customer service management.

Â- Strong understanding of financial products and services.

Â- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Â- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Â- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency.

Â- To provide support to all internal and external customers.

Â- Policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors.

Â- Develop robust departmental systems, policies and procedures to sustain a high level of service to all sectors.

Â- Assist manager or supervisor with scheduling.

Â- Monitor the daily workloads of team members and make adjustments to correct procedures are followed.

Â- Reports to the manager or head department.

Â- May validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team.

Â- Monitor the activities to ensure all service levels committed are met and exceeded.

Â- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technology and best practices.

Â- Report on KPIs and track customer service metrics.
