Customer Service Officer

_Customer Service Officer's primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between a company and its customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This involves handling inquiries, processing orders, addressing complaints, and providing information about products or services. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor even under pressure. Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Officer:_
- _Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, and concerns efficiently and effectively._
- _Order Processing: Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness._
- _Product/Service Knowledge: Providing accurate and comprehensive information about the company's products and services._
- _Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers._
- _Customer Engagement: Proactively engaging with customers to address their needs and ensure satisfaction._
- _Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement._
- _Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions._
- _Escalation: Escalating complex or sensitive issues to appropriate personnel._
- _Performance Targets: Meeting or exceeding performance targets related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction._
- _Continuous Improvement: Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge._

Pay: ₹9,371.43 - ₹32,435.55 per month
