**Job Summary**

We are hiring **Marketing & B2B Sales Associates** who have prior exposure to the **Learning & Development industry** and are confident in **client calling and B2B sales activities**. This is a full-time, entry-level position offering structured training, client-facing exposure, and growth in sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct **client outreach through cold and warm calling**.
- Generate and qualify leads in the **Learning & Development domain**.
- Build and manage B2B sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Participate in webinars, sales meetings, and marketing events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.

**Required Qualifications**
- Final year students or recent graduates from 2024 or 2025 batches.
- **Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Learning & Development (mandatory).**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls.
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Internship/project work in marketing, sales, or L&D.
- Experience in promoting or selling training and educational services.

Pay: ₹12,932.04 - ₹23,000.00 per month
