**Educational Qualification**:
- **Mandatory**: Any Associate Degree / Diploma (Graduate preferred).
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
**Salary**:
- ₹70,000 - ₹80,000 per month
**Job Description (Version 1 - New Business Development Focus)**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and present sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build strong client relationships to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline development.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
**Job Description (Version 2 - Client Relationship & Account Management Focus)**:
- Manage existing B2B client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, support, and follow-ups.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
