Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records related to ERP and CRM systems.
- Assist in the implementation and management of ERP and CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to departmental activities.
- Collaborate with various departments within the group of companies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a group of companies.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in ERP and CRM software.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and English (both written and spoken).
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
