**Role Overview**:
The Associate in the New Initiative Department will play a critical role in supporting pre-sales activities including:
- UX/UI Design and Digital Assets web Development Estimation
- Creating Presentations for various clients
- Managing Proof of Concept (POC)
- Overseeing the implementation of new products and solutions
This position requires a strong mix of technical understanding, client interaction, and project management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Pre-sales Support**:
- Be actively involved in pre-sales activities to understand new project requirements, client expectations, business challenges, objectives, and requirements.
- Participate in effort estimation by coordinating with relevant team stakeholders to provide Statements of Work (SOW), resource plans, timelines and other project deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and guidance during the sales cycle. Develop necessary presentations to help in business discussions.
- Take part in assessing project complexity, dependencies, and potential risks, ensuring accurate and comprehensive effort estimation.
- Prepare technical documentation, effective Presentations.
- **POC (Proof of Concept) Management**:
- Manage and execute POC engagements, working closely with senior leadership to validate solutions.
- Gather requirements, develop a clear scope and lead the technical execution of POCs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure timely and successful delivery of POCs.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on the progress of POCs.
- **Product Implementation**:
- Monitor project progress by tracking key metrics such as budget, schedule, and quality, identifying risks and issues, and developing strategies to address them.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, testers, project managers)
- Serve as the main point of contact during the implementation phase, addressing any challenges or technical issues.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, product management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, including POC and implementation phases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends, technologies, and market demands.
