Job Description for Executive (Post Sales - Possession Profile)(Male Only)

Position: Executive

Experience Required: 4-5 years in Post Sales (Possession Profile)

Reporting To: CRM Head

Location : Kandiwali

**Responsibilities**:
Team Coordination:
Coordinate with the CRM team to understand the number of flats scheduled for handover.

Snag List Preparation:
Based on the list from the CRM team, prepare the initial snag list.

Coordinate with the project team to ensure closure of the initial snag list.

Final Snag List Verification:
Revisit the snag list after the project team confirms the closure and verify the final closure from your end.

If there are pending issues, coordinate with the project team to ensure all points are addressed.

Final Checks:
Conduct final checks on electrical and plumbing systems and generate a snag list.

Post Handover Coordination:
After handover, coordinate with residents to check for any snag points from their end.

Communication:
Maintain proper coordination with the CRM team, project team, and residents.

Skills Required:
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Experience in handling snag lists and ensuring closure.

Attention to detail for final checks on electrical and plumbing systems.

Ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently with various stakeholder

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (required)
- Real Estate presales: 3 years (required)
- Real estate sales: 3 years (preferred)
