Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, planning & executing new business initiatives
  • Conduct market & competitor research to evaluate trends and strategic opportunities
  • Drive pilot projects across clinics (e g , new services, pricing models, wellness programs)
  • Work closely with operations, doctors, sales & marketing teams to enable implementation
  • Track performance of initiativescollect, analyze & present insights
  • Develop SOPs, documentation & frameworks to support process standardization
  • Support in establishing partnerships, alliances & vendor onboarding
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
  • Collect patient / customer insights to recommend improvement initiatives

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Healthcare/Management or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or consulting
  • Strong research, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
  • Interest in healthcare or Ayurveda preferred
