An Associate Product Manager (APM) is responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product or product line. They act as the intersection between business, technology, and user experience, ensuring that the product delivers value to customers and aligns with the companys goals.

Your Role at CredAble

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI Initiatives and LOS (Digital underwriting and onboarding) platforms, including requirement gathering, feature definition, development, testing, and release.
  • Broad understanding of the SCF ecosystem (anchor-led financing, dealer/distributor/vendor models, invoice discounting, etc.) and develop tailored product features to support these use cases.
  • Translate business needs into functional product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
  • Prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with internal stakeholders (business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance).
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality.
  • Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback and iterate to improve product functionality and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the design and development of lending products.
  • Support go-live planning, user training, and documentation for product rollouts.

What will you bring to CredAble?

  • 1-3 years of product management experience, preferably in Fintech or Lending space.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI tools, and their application along with some exposure to basic coding to be able to manage POCs/Pilot rollouts of different AI based SCF and Lending product use cases.
  • Good understanding of Loan Origination System (LOS) platforms; experience in building or enhancing these systems will be a plus
  • Experience working with Agile development teams.

Education

  • Postgraduate and relevant experience preferred.
