Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - Strategic Initiatives at The responsibilities include leading strategic projects, driving program and project management, orchestrating cross-functional efforts, and aligning organizational initiatives with business goals. The Manager will analyze business opportunities, design strategic plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive large-scale innovations and ensure impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects:
    Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
  • GTM Planning:
    Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or business lines.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve productivity and profitability.
  • Performance Improvement:
    Analyze key metrics (e.g., revenue per project, margin per project) and develop actionable plans to enhance outcomes.
  • Leadership Support:
    Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for critical decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
    Use analytics to support strategic decisions and measure impact of initiatives.

Desired Profile

  • Experience:
    4–5 years of experience in technology domain, with at least 1 year post-MBA in a strategic or consulting role.
  • Education:
    MBA from ISB / IIM (A/B/C/L/I) / SP Jain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to
    consulting or corporate strategy in technology domain
    is a plus.
