Job Overview:

This is a senior level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for M&A, IPO and other types of financial transactions. Responsible for driving deal execution and client relationships. Ideal candidate to have a strong track record in financial advisory,

M&A, IPO, capital raising and financial analysis, with the ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deal structuring, execution, and negotiations for M&A, debt, capital market and equity transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors
  • Develop and oversee financial models, valuations, and industry research
  • Provide strategic insights and advisory support to clients on capital markets and growth opportunities
  • Mentor and manage team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
