Big share also manages corporate actions such as dividend distributions, bonus and rights issues, IPO allotments, and open offers. It is particularly known for its role as a registrar for IPOs, supporting companies through the entire pre-issue, allotment, and listing processes. Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Merchant Bankers, Brokers, and Syndicate Broker teams to manage and verify brokerage and commission calculations.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing of brokerage computations in coordination with key stakeholders, including Merchant Bankers, Stock Exchanges, SCSBs, and Sponsor Banks.
- Address and resolve queries related to brokerage and commission raised by brokers and banks in a timely manner.
- Ensure implementation of regulatory updates and system changes as mandated by SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and Depositories.
- Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical proficiency to handle large datasets and complex computations effectively.
- Possess sound knowledge of primary and secondary capital market operations (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
