What You'll Do: Your Impact

As Chief of Staff, you will operate as a trusted advisor to the CEO and an extension of the leadership team. Your mission is to drive strategic alignment and flawless execution across the business.

• Drive the Strategic Agenda:
  Partner with the CEO and leadership to crystallize organizational strategy. Translate ambitious goals into actionable, cross-functional plans and own the execution framework that ensures we hit our targets.
• Lead High-Priority Projects:
  Take ownership of our most critical, needle-moving initiatives—from market entry strategies to operational transformations. You will manage these projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and drive measurable results.
• Amplify Leadership Effectiveness:
  Act as a key liaison between the CEO and the executive team. You will facilitate high-stakes conversations, ensure crystal-clear communication, and foster a culture of cohesion and accountability.
• Build a Performance-Driven Culture:
  Develop and implement the KPIs and dashboards that matter. You won't just track metrics; you'll provide the critical analysis and insights that inform our strategic decisions and fuel continuous improvement.
• Champion Strategic Change:
  As we evolve, you will lead the charge on change management, ensuring new initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the organization with maximum buy-in and minimal disruption.

What You'll Bring: Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional who can blend strategic thinking with a relentless focus on execution.

• Experience:
  1-3 years of high-performance experience within a fast-growing SaaS organization.
• Proven Track Record:
  Prior experience as a Chief of Staff, in a strategic planning role, or in management consulting is highly preferred.

  You are exceptional at breaking down complex problems, using data to build a compelling case, and driving to clear, actionable solutions.
• Executive Presence:
  You communicate with clarity and confidence, and are skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, from the board room to the front lines.
