Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff, you will act as a strategic extension of our Founder, translating our vision of mindful living into actionable plans and ensuring the smooth running of our expanding operations. By integrating a deep understanding of our brand values, you will help drive cross-functional initiatives, champion organizational efficiency, and cultivate a culture where every small ritual and mindful moment counts. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a genuine passion for the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Alignment
o Collaborate with the Founder to define and refine the brand's strategic priorities, ensuring they are in harmony with companies core values of mindfulness, sustainability,
and community
o Work closely with the Founder to define and execute companies growth strategy, new product launches, and expansion plans
o Track key KPIs, analyse data, and drive decision-making based on insights
o Identify challenges and proactively solve problems before they escalate
- Project Management & Execution
o Oversee multi-departmental projects—such as new product launches, brand collaborations, and community-building initiatives—ensuring milestones are met on
time and within budget
o Conduct risk assessments, propose solutions to potential roadblocks, and foster seamless collaboration between teams
o Own execution for strategic priorities—whatever needs to get done, you'll make it happen
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities to optimise internal workflows
o Implement best practices in resource allocation, productivity tools
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
o Serve as a key conduit between the Founder and various stakeholders—team members, partners, suppliers, and the broader companies community
o Act as a bridge between marketing, product, finance, and operations to eliminate silos
- Budget & Financial Oversight
o Work with finance and marketing teams to track budgets, optimise costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation
o Monitor ROI on key initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for growth
- Growth & Innovation Research new market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to keep company ahead
o Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in strategy, business expansion, management consulting, or a Founder's office role
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives to completion
* Experience with managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
* Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working with scaling startups and high growth companies
* Previous exposure to C-suite executives or direct involvement in organisational planning
* Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
