Presales - Solutions & Growth (EMail)Location: Thane, IndiaEmployment Type: Full-time, Work from Office (WFO)Are you innovative enough to thrive in a fast-paced MarTech environment?Are you driven by ownership and eager to create a significant impact?Do you want to be part of a customer-centric organization that is shaping the future of marketing technology with AI and personalization?If yes, this role offers the opportunity to influence solutions and drive growth at Netcore Cloud, a global leader in Martech.Your Impact in this RoleServe as the technical expert on Netcore Clouds Email API product, showcasing its unique features, benefits, and competitive differentiators to prospects and clients.Collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams to understand client needs and design tailored solutions, leveraging Netcores cutting-edge customer engagement and personalization platform.Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations highlighting dynamic capabilities such as AI-powered personalization, real-time customer journey orchestration, and AMP-enabled interactive emails.Lead end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with precise and comprehensive technical inputs.Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and custom demo flows to drive sales progression and close complex deals.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, offering expert advice and aligning solutions with business challenges.Provide training and enablement to internal teams and external clients on Email API product capabilities and integrations.Stay current on Martech trends, AI advancements, email technology innovations, and industry best practices to guide product development and strategic sales initiatives.Required Technical Skills and ExperienceHands-on knowledge of AMP for Email, enabling interactive and dynamic email experiences.Familiarity with modern MarTech ecosystems, including AI/ML personalization, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), bots, and customer journey orchestration.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills to engage both technical and business audiences.What You BringBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.2-5 years of product sales experience in CPaaS/SaaS/MarTech environments with a strong storytelling and consultative approach.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to diverse audience needs including social media engagement.Proven ability to manage complex projects, juggle priorities, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Start-up or early-stage company experience is a plus.Why Join Netcore Cloud?Netcore Cloud is Asias leading AI-powered full-stack personalization Martech platform, driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention for over 6,500 enterprise brands including 70% of Indias unicorns.
