About The Role
We're looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial mind to join a fast-growing sports and entertainment group as
VP – New Initiatives
. You'll work directly with the Director's Office to evaluate, shape, and launch ventures across sports, media, and consumer culture — from early ideas to scalable businesses.

Women's sport is a core focus, and this is your chance to help define its next chapter.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, shape, and launch new business initiatives across the Capri ecosystem.
  • Manage research, partnerships, timelines, and delivery from idea to execution.
  • Build and present strategic proposals, brand/IP decks, and partner pitches.
  • Lead outreach and collaborations with partners and stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive execution and represent the Director's Office in key meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • MBA with 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, startups, or innovation roles.
  • Strong analytical, research, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-evolving environments.
  • Passion for sport, media, and consumer culture — especially women's sports.
  • High ownership, curiosity, and collaborative energy.
