As a Presales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create compelling and persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of our products/services to potential clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, and then tailor solutions that address these requirements, ultimately fostering a strong and positive relationship between our company and our prospects.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their features, as well as the needs and pain points of our target market.

2) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute effective presales initiatives.

3) Engage in active communication with potential clients to gather requirements and identify opportunities for our products/services.

4) Create compelling and persuasive sales materials, including proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

5) Provide support during the negotiation process, addressing client queries and concerns to build confidence and trust.

6) Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential areas of improvement and differentiation.

7) Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all presales activities and interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
1) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2) Proven experience in a presales role or a similar customer-facing position within the real estate sector.

3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

4) Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
