**We are hiring "Sr. Presales Executive" for our organization which is an top notch data center based in Mumbai **

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 4+ Years

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs, create customized solutions, and provide high-level technical support
- Understanding customer needs: Identifying customer needs and clarifying information
- Providing solutions: Researching issues and providing solutions and alternatives
- Create business offers for data centre and colocation services
- Preparing proposals: Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations
- Making & Presenting technical presentations
- Experience in working with Govt. RFP, RFI preferably of colocation services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transition from presales to implementation
- Building relationships: Building and maintaining strong customer & vendor relationships
- Participate in negotiations and provide technical support to the sales team
- A presales executive may cooperate with IT vendors and external service providers
- Monitor market trends
- Responsible for preparing and delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in a presales or sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
