We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Business Data Analysts. As a BDA, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights to support business decision-making. This role will allow you to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills in data analytics, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with different business units to understand their data needs.
- Assist in the development of business models based on data insights.
- Perform statistical analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy.
- Help in forecasting and projecting future trends based on historical data.
- Support the data-driven decision-making process in the company.
- Continuously learn and keep up with new tools, technologies, and trends in data analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) and other data management tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
