We are looking for **Business Development Associates (BDA)** to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you will be involved in driving business growth by identifying new prospects, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a passion for business development and excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Outreach**: Establish initial contact with prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- **Product Knowledge**: Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company’s offerings to potential clients.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads, track client interest, and work closely with the sales team for conversion.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong, positive relationships with prospective clients to ensure long-term business development.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers with no prior experience in business development or sales are welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- **Proactive Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
