**Job Title**: Business Development Associate (BDA) - Freshers

**Location**: Delhi

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **Business Development Associates (BDA)** to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to kickstart their careers in business development and sales. As a BDA, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and calls with prospects to discuss product offerings and business solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with senior business development executives to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
- Keep track of client interactions and update the CRM system with accurate information.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and persuade clients.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve targets.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other business development tools.
- **Positive Attitude**: A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the business development field.
