**Job Description: Junior Business Development Associate (BDA) - Freshers**

**Location**: Delhi
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Incentives
**Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree (Any Field)
**Experience**: Fresher/Entry-level

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and generating new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients.
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, business opportunities, and client needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Assisting senior BDAs in developing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updating the CRM system.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
