**Job Overview**:
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. The role is ideal for freshers who have a strong desire to learn and develop a career in business development and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients, introduce the company’s products/services, and establish rapport.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals and targets.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Provide support in generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in preparing strategies for client acquisition and retention.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Management, or related areas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes is a plus.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
