We are looking for an enthusiastic **Business Development Associate (BDA)** to join our team in Dwarka, Delhi. As a BDA, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and driving growth. This role is perfect for freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through various sources such as databases, social media, and networking events.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to introduce products/services and understand their business needs.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the senior sales team in converting leads into opportunities, helping to increase business revenue.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering customer loyalty.
- **Sales Presentation**: Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients in alignment with their needs.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and ensure smooth communication.

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to confidently engage with clients and prospects.
