**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach & Relationship Building**: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. Work towards converting leads into clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Meetings**: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that align with company goals and targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- **Customer Support & Follow-ups**: Ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer and provide ongoing support as needed.
- **Reporting**: Maintain a record of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline status. Provide regular updates to the management team.

**Requirements for Freshers**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- **Motivation & Drive**: Willingness to learn and a strong desire to succeed in sales and business development.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (knowledge of tools like Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics, preferably in [industry/sector].
- **CRM & Tools Proficiency**: Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong ability to think creatively and offer solutions to clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for lead generation (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
