**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company. As a BDA, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, expanding our client base, and building strong business relationships. You will be trained in sales techniques, communication strategies, and other key aspects of business development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Assist in creating proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Keep track of sales activities and update CRM with relevant client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure effective client engagement.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve business development processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in business development are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience or internships in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
