**Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Freshers**

**Location**: Delhi (Work from Office)

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) - Fresher, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and generating leads. You will be working in the night shift, handling both inbound and outbound communication, and contributing to the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior management.
- Provide clients with relevant product/service information and offer tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and strategies.
- Follow up with clients and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers welcome, no prior experience required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Confidence**: Ability to engage in conversations with clients and present ideas clearly.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools is a plus.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is a must.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- **Work Ethic**: Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
