**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the field collection team
- Ensure timely collection of dues and manage team performance
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Report daily/weekly performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a field collection or supervisory role (banking experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
