**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including site preparation, excavation, foundation, framing, and finishing work.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or scheduling conflicts.

Monitor project progress, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.

Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
