**Job Title**: Site Supervisor - Civil

**Location**: Aerocity Mohali
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years in Civil Construction Supervision

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and communicate updates to project management.
- Monitor usage of materials, tools, and equipment, and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project schedules.
- Resolve any on-site issues or queries in coordination with the project manager.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in site supervision for civil projects.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and architectural drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and using basic MS Office tools.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance.
- Experience in supervising multi-story commercial/residential buildings.
