**Job Description - Field Supervisor (Tenders & Site Work)**

**Location**: Mohali
**Position Type**: Full-time / On-site

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **Field Supervisor** to oversee and manage on-site activities for our ongoing and upcoming tenders/projects in Chandigarh, Punjab and Haryana. The role requires hands-on supervision of, vendor coordination, manpower handling, Public dealing, leadership skills and ensuring timely completion of work as per company and tender requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day field operations at project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per tender specifications, safety standards, and quality parameters.
- Manage and allocate manpower efficiently across sites.
- Coordinate with team, public officers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and submit regular updates to management.
- Inspect and verify work done against tender requirements and drawings.
- Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of proven experience** as a Field Supervisor / Site Supervisor (preferably in field work, or tender-based projects).
- Strong knowledge of site management, manpower handling and tender documentation.
- Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining documentation.
- Willingness to travel within Mohali, Chandigarh, and Zirakpur.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
