Electrical Supervisor

**Overall Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced electrical supervisor in the field of Machine /SPM manufacturing to join us on an urgent basis.

As a electrical supervisor, you will be responsible for electrical drawings and BOM for automation equipment. You will also be responsible for all electrical work & maintenance along with the Team. In addition to this, you should be testing the system efficiency as and when required.

To be successful as a electrical supervisor, you should have a sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles. You should also have experience in finding faults in the system. Moreover, you should have an excellent ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Meeting and knowing the client's requirements for electrical and automation needs.
- Making Electrical drawings.
- Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.
- Using automation software.
- Preparing documents to instruct the users how to use the device and other safety instructions.
- Testing the program using automation equipment for its reliability.
- Troubleshooting any faults in the system.
- Providing guidance and support to the Technicians.
- Offering training to the Technicians and other team members.
- Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related degree.
- Working experience as a electrical supervisor.
- Exceptional logic reasoning abilities.
- Excellent ability to work under no supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
- Ability to solve complex problems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent mathematics and arithmetic skills.
- A keen eye for details for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

**Experience **:Minimum 2-5 years of experience as electrical supervisor

**Salary**: As per industry standards

**Location**:

- Mohali

**Salary**: ₹20,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)
- machine wiring: 3 years (required)
- PLC wiring: 2 years (required)
- HMI wiring: 2 years (preferred)
- control panel wiring: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- diploma or degree (preferred)
