We are seeking an ITI Fitter (Assembly) to support the assembly, fitting, and installation of electronic and electro-mechanical components. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precision in fitting and alignment, and contributing to high-quality production standards within the electronics industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble and fit mechanical and electro-mechanical components used in equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for precise fitting and alignment.
- Inspect parts and assemblies to verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support in the installation of sub-assemblies for electronic products.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in good working condition.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical/electro-mechanical faults during assembly.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production staff to meet assembly deadlines.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and industry safety practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: ITI certification in Fitter trade.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in assembly, fitting, or maintenance within the electronics/electrical industry (freshers with ITI certification may apply).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of fitting tools and measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment assembly, wiring, and soldering basics.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly schematics.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and precision.
- Good teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Discipline in following safety, compliance, and Quaity control procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
