**Role Overview**

As a **Site Supervisor** at **Apaart**, you will be responsible for managing on-site interior projects from initiation to handover. You will ensure timely, high-quality execution that reflects our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to solving execution challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Execution**: Manage all stages of project execution as per drawings, dimensions, measurements, BOQ, and client agreements, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and design intent.
- **Site Supervision**: Conduct regular site visits and share Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with internal teams and stakeholders.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure strict adherence to **Apaart’s** quality standards, material specifications, and workmanship expectations.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify bottlenecks and site-level issues, proactively offering solutions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Work closely with vendors, contractors, designers, and the internal operations team to streamline execution.
- **Process Compliance**: Follow all internal project protocols, documentation standards, and reporting structures.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients during the execution phase, ensuring regular updates and smooth handover.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or **Interior Design**:

- 1-3 years of experience in **interior project execution** preferred (Freshers with relevant education may also apply)
- Must own a **two-wheeler** for regular site travel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for progress tracking and reporting
- A team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for interiors

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: 15000-25000 as per experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
