JOB ROLE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations.
- Ensure that work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring high productivity and compliance.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety policies.
- Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, deliveries, and progress reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in modular kitchen industry or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the site for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying materials as needed.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
