**Job Summary**

The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities at project sites, ensuring timely completion, quality control, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with site teams and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site.
- Monitor progress and ensure work is done as per design and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain project timelines and update daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure quality control and material management at the site.
- Communicate effectively with project engineers and senior management.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using basic construction tools and equipment.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site supervision or civil works.
- Educational qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Available to join within 15 days.
