Construction Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced **Construction Supervisor** to oversee construction crew and activities at our project site, who will be responsible for accomplishment of project goals by defining scope and purpose of the project, determining required resources, allocating resources, establishing protocols and standards.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
- Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team building sessions are required.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
- Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.
- Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with architects and other professionals.
- Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.
- Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff.
- Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
- Meet operational standards by resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans, and identifying improvements
- Maintain healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of five years in the construction industry, with some leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
- Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, and budget guidelines.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
