Job Title:
Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Interior Site Supervisor / Project Manager will be responsible for managing the interior design and setup of new Pro Ultimate Gyms franchise locations. Upon the sale of a new franchise, this role will take ownership of the project, ensuring each site meets Pro Ultimate Gyms' aesthetic and functional standards. This position will act as the primary point of contact for franchise owners, guiding them through the interior planning and implementation process to align with company guidelines and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    Lead and manage the end-to-end interior setup for new franchise branches, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring.
  2. Site Supervision:
    Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality standards are met, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely project completion.
  3. Guideline Compliance:
    Ensure all interior designs and layouts follow Pro Ultimate Gyms' standardized guidelines and branding requirements.
  4. Collaboration:
    Work closely with franchise owners to understand their needs while ensuring alignment with the company's vision for interior design and layout.
  5. Quality Control:
    Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues related to interior work, quality, or timelines.
  6. Reporting:
    Provide regular project updates to the corporate office, tracking progress and addressing potential delays or obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in site supervision, interior design, or project management, preferably in retail or franchise setups.
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
