**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality control guidelines.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, quality control) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production problems as they arise, ensuring mínimal downtime.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology) is preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
